Benchmark Real Estate Group (“Benchmark”) is an owner / operator and real estate private equity fund manager which acquires value-add multifamily assets in the New York City market that need moderate to heavy rehab on a short to mid-term investment horizon. We focus on maximizing investor returns through intensive, hands-on management of the renovation process and aggressive lease-up to increase NOI throughout the hold period.
