Senior Vice President of Investments at Avenue Realty Capital with 15+ years of real estate and investment experience. Previously served as Senior Vice President of Investments at Phoenix Realty Group, where he was responsible for origination, acquisitions, and joint venture structuring of urban and suburban residential investments, as well as fund portfolio management across more than $1.35 billion in assets and nearly 10,000 apartment units. Earlier in his career, Mr. Kore led acquisitions and development at Colgate Development, a prominent mixed-use development company, where he oversaw site evaluation, acquisition, and initial design phases of residential, hotel, and mixed-use projects. He also worked as a Manager at Ernst & Young's Transaction Advisory Services Private Equity group in New York. Mr. Kore earned his Master of Science in Real Estate Development and Finance from Columbia University and his Bachelor of Business Administration with honors from Baruch College at the City University of New York. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in New York State.
