We define middle market CRE as commercial properties that have values up to $100 million and transitional CRE as commercial properties subject to redevelopment or repositioning activities that are expected to increase the value of the properties. Seven Hills Realty Trust is managed by Tremont Realty Capital, an SEC registered investment adviser, which is a direct subsidiary of The RMR Group LLC. The RMR Group LLC, a leading U.S. alternative asset management company, is the majority owned operating subsidiary of The RMR Group Inc. (Nasdaq: RMR), which is headquartered in Newton, MA.
