Business Finance Capital (“BFC”​) is a Los Angeles-based SBA Certified Development Company specializing in the SBA 504 program. The SBA 504 loan puts financing within reach for small to medium sized businesses through low down payments, minimal collateral requirements, and low, long-term fixed interest rates. BFC partners with participating lenders to provide up to 90 percent financing on an owner-user real estate transaction. In fiscal year 2014, BFC closed $58.25 million in SBA 504 loans in SBA’s Los Angeles district. In the Orange County/Inland Empire area report by SBA, BFC recorded $26.18 million in 504 loans. SBA data shows that BFC notched the highest average 504 loans in this district at $1.6 million. For fiscal year 2013, BFC SBA lending of Los Angeles has closed SBA 504 loans totaling over $100 million.
