Zach has 15 years of professional real estate investment and development experience. Prior to co-founding StoneHawk Capital Partners in 2013, Zach worked for CBRE Melody and CWS Capital Partners. With strong experience in Acquisitions, Development, Operations, Asset Management, Capital Markets, and Equity Raising, Zach provides a variety of skills that benefits StoneHawk in executing on its investments. Developing, acquiring and managing over $2.0 billion of multifamily throughout the US with a focus in Texas, has resulted in establishing valuable relationships across the multifamily investment sector which create competitive opportunities for StoneHawk Capital Partners. Zach graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and a Masters of Business Administration from SMU’s Cox School of Business Executive Program. He was a member of the USC Football team from 2001-2004 including the 2004 National Championship team. Actively involved in his community, Zach Co-Founded Rhapsody in Red in 2016, a non-profit organization that hosts charitable fundraising events.
