Bill is a Chairman at Iron Point serving on the firm’s Management Committee as well as the Investment Committee of each of the Iron Point funds. Bill’s responsibilities at Iron Point include fund management, originating investment opportunities, fund formation, capital raising, and investor relations. Bill became involved with the Bass Entities in 1990 and, since that time, he has played a significant role in all major real estate transactions for the Bass Entities, including the acquisition of real estate assets and loans throughout New York City on behalf of Bass-related entities, and the acquisition of interests in numerous Japanese properties through DaVinci I Corp.
