About
As chair of Kilpatrick Townsend's Global Intellectual Property Department, I oversee the work of 300 IP lawyers in the United States and Asia. Our IP practices cover Patent Litigation, Trademarks and Copyright, Health and Life Sciences, Electrical Engineering and Software, Mechanical and Medical Devices. I primarily litigate complex patent disputes and develop intellectual property strategies for technology-oriented companies. I enjoy serving my clients and protecting their most critical IP assets. With almost 20 years' experience in IP law, I've accumulated a great breadth and depth of experience. I believe I am able to instill confidence in my clients that their assets are fully protected. I have also developed a strong ability to communicate complicated legal and technical issues into simple, business-oriented terms.
