About
Stephen Congel assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer of The Pyramid Companies in June 2008. Prior to that, he held the role of Managing Director of Nettleton Global Pte. Ltd, an overseas investment and development company based in Singapore. Nettleton played a key role in several multibillion dollar mixed use developments in Oman, Vietnam, Malaysia, India and China. Concurrent to his role with Nettleton Global, he served as a Partner of Destiny USA, a division of Pyramid Management Group. Stephen also played a key role for 14 years in the evolution of Pyramid Management Group. Stephen has extensive project leasing experience which includes national and international retailers. He also brings significant knowledge and expertise in project finance, concept design, master planning, operations and management of destination points and overall business strategy. Mr. Congel received his B.A in International Business from Babson College in 1991.
