Scott Zink’s love of real estate and construction runs deep. Since initiating his first development project in 2003, his fascination with and passion for all areas of the development process – from asset acquisition to project underwriting and building design – has only grown stronger. In leading ZRE Development LLC, Scott’s primary focus is sourcing exceptional development sites in order to construct high performance, sustainable buildings with beautiful design aesthetics. Scott lives in Wakefield, MA with his wife and daughters. Although he rarely takes a day off, when he has free time he enjoys playing golf, snowboarding and is a die-hard Boston sports fan.
