Scott Wyckoff serves as the Managing Principal of UTEX Storage Partners and has 30+ years of real estate development and construction experience. He served as President and Chief Development Officer of Wasatch Storage Partners. In addition he worked for Extra Space Storage as a Vice President of Development, Consultant, and Director of Redevelopment. Prior to joining Extra Space, he managed the development and entitlement group for Eagle Meadows Management, a California-based, private firm with more than $1 billion in assets. He has also owned and operated his own development and construction firm, Woods Development Corporation, with a focus on projects in the Southeast. Scott holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Brigham Young University, and has completed Graduate work in Geography, with an Urban Planning emphasis at Brigham Young University and the University of Southern Mississippi.
