Mr. Whittaker has worked in the real estate industry for over 16 years. Prior to Co-Founding The Latigo Group, Mr. Whittaker began in hotel development, then worked for 10 years as Senior VP and CFO of a private equity real estate firm specializing in multi-family development. Mr. Whittaker has been involved in all aspects of real estate development including: underwriting and deal selection, raising capital from private investors and institutions, construction and permanent financing, project management, and design. Mr. Whittaker has extensive experience in all aspects of property management and value add renovations. Mr. Whittaker has extensive experience in large multi-family transactions overseeing transactions from acquisition to disposition including complex tax structures such as 1031 exchanges.
