Joining Basin Street in 1996 as a project manager, Scott advanced through roles as Leasing Director, Vice President, and Chief Portfolio Officer. Over his tenure, he has directed significant leasing, entitlement, development, acquisition, and disposition initiatives across a diverse property portfolio. He has built lasting partnerships with businesses of all sizes, from local companies to Fortune 500 leaders, delivering real estate solutions that drive growth and long-term value. A graduate of San Diego State University, Scott is a member and honoree of many industry and charitable organizations helping grow our future real estate leaders and enrich our communities.
