With over 17 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, Scott specializes in the leasing, acquisition, disposition, and development analysis of industrial and land opportunities in SW Riverside. During this time, Scott has sold over 325 acres to users and developers and has been involved in numerous sale and lease transactions totaling over 5,000,000 SF with an aggregate value in excess of $450 million. Scott serves as a trusted, strategic advisor to his clients and provides them with a detailed overview of market conditions and trends. His in-depth market intelligence and attention to detail assists his clients in determining the most informed decisions for a given property. Since joining Lee and Associates from CBRE in 2016, Scott has shown a consistent track record of achievement and was a top 10 producer in 2018 and 2020.
Scott graduated with a B.A. in Speech Communication from Pt. Loma Nazarene University. Scott enjoys spending his free time outdoors and traveling with his wife Sara, and their son Zachary.
