Scott McKibben is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Matterhorn Venture Partners. Before founding Matterhorn Venture Partners, Scott was a Co-Founder, CIO, and Managing Principal at Brennan Investment Group, where he oversaw the acquisition, development, and sale of industrial properties across the US, totaling nearly $8 billion in transactions and nearly 80 million square feet in over 30 states. He also was the Co-Founder and CEO of Madison Partners Realty, which purchased and managed over 5 million square feet of office and industrial space in Chicago and Milwaukee. Prior to that Scott as the VP of Acquisitions at Prime Group Realty Trust and was responsible for the acquisition and development of several million square feet of principally office buildings in the Midwest. Throughout his career, Scott has acquired or developed over $10.4 billion worth of primarily industrial and office properties. He holds a B.S. in Finance from DePaul University, an M.S. in Real Estate Appraisal and Investment Analysis from the University of Wisconsin, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
