Ryan Parkin is the Founder and Managing Partner of Cress Capital. Cress and its affiliates have invested over $225 million of equity in transactions exceeding $1 billion of total capitalization. Prior to forming Cress, Mr. Parkin held positions in principal investments, asset management and capital markets at PCCP, Credit Suisse and JPI. Mr. Parkin is also Founder and Managing Partner of RevOZ Capital, a dedicated Opportunity Zone investment manager with over $100 million of capital under management. Mr. Parkin received a Bachelor of Science from Vanderbilt University and is or has been associated with ULI, ICSC and NAIOP.
