Up to date, Russell Nova has secured over 800M in Commercial Real Estate Financing. With his years of experience and knowledge in the market, he has generated resources and relationships to secure financing for any commercial real estate transaction. Russell has been in the financial industry for over 10 years, where he has started his career in the residential mortgage industry in 2002 and excelled to become top performer within his brokerage company. During the 2008-2009 recession, Russell managed to finance and close many loans with his close relationships with conventional and portfolio lenders. Russell has secured financing for many of the top developers in New York and has had the privilege of working with all Commercial Lending banks ranging from NY, Florida, PA, CT, and CA. Russell comes from a family with a financial background, where his brother Alex runs the Derivatives and Forex floor at Societe Generale here in NYC. Russell Is a graduate of Brooklyn College (BA.
