Rick Gropper is a Co-Founder & Principal at Camber Property Group. He has nearly 20 years of experience in new construction and preservation of affordable housing across the five boroughs of New York City and beyond. He co-founded Camber in 2016 with Andrew Moelis and has been responsible for development transactions exceeding $4 billion and 20,000 units in aggregate. Gropper holds a B.A. in Sociology from Connecticut College and a M.S. in Real Estate Development from Columbia University. He serves on several boards including Habitat for Humanity NYC, NYSAFAH, and the Citizens Housing and Planning Council.
