Richard Zagranichny joined RIPCO as an Associate in the Brooklyn office in September 2025. He will be specializing in landlord and tenant representation throughout Brooklyn and New York City’s outer boroughs. Currently, Richard is a student at the College of Staten Island, where he is pursuing a degree in Business with a concentration in Real Estate Development. Richard began his career shadowing his father in the development field, where he gained hands-on experience and a strong understanding of the needs of both property owners and tenants – insight he now applies to his retail leasing role at RIPCO. A lifelong Staten Island resident, Richard remains closely connected to his community.
