Noah Fox is a Principal of Vertical Real Estate. Previously, Mr. Fox litigated tax and white-collar criminal cases at Black, Srebnick, & Kornspan, where he argued some of the highest profile criminal cases in South Florida.
He served as the Vice-Chair of the Miami Beach Zoning Board of Adjustment, serving as the Real Estate Development Seat. This experience has given him a better understanding of the municipal process and issues that tenants and landlords face when they build-out their space. That knowledge helps protect his clients from the sometimes treacherous permitting and licensing process.
With his finance and accounting background, Noah is able to creatively structure commercial deals for his clients. He has successfully negotiated national, regional, and local retail and restaurant deals- representing both the landlord and tenant.
