Nicolas Reid is an Associate with the nine-person South Florida Industrial Team of Chris Metzger, Rick Etner, Christopher Thomson, Matthew McAllister, Julie Miller, Eric Cantor, Katie Bowie, and Jorge Perdomo. Nicolas provides business development support and helps to manage client partnerships for the Team out of the firm’s Boca Raton office. His passion for building strong relationships from the ground up reinforces the Team’s unwavering dedication to serving the community. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Nicolas received his BA in Criminal Justice from Florida Atlantic University where he was also a member of the Division I Men’s Football Team. After graduating from Florida Atlantic University in 2015, Nicolas enlisted into the United State Army as a Military Police Officer in 2016. During his time in the U.S. Army, he served as a protective service agent for the U.S. AFRICOM Commanding General. After Completing seven years of service in the U.S. Army Nicolas joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2023.
