Michael is a senior director in the Houston office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than nine years of experience in commercial real estate. He is actively involved in the debt and equity capitalization of both existing and to-be-built assets in Texas and across the country. He has successfully completed capitalizations on a broad range of commercial property types, including office, industrial, retail, hospitality, multi-housing, manufactured housing and self-storage. Michael started at HFF in August 2011. Before that, he attended the University of Texas, where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. Over the course of his career, Michael has completed in excess of $4.7 billion of real estate transactions.
