Michael joined the Modern Spaces Commercial + Investment Division in early 2019, as the Neighborhood Specialist for Maspeth and Elmhurst. He brought with him a very extensive financial background having served as a Senior Lending Officer at a major money-center bank, a Registered Investment Advisor, as well as having run a private equity firm. This multi-faceted background provides Michael with the ability to offer a 360 degree perspective in facilitating commercial real estate transactions. In addition, Michael has been an entrepreneur, who founded, managed and successfully sold multiple FinTech firms to Fortune 500 companies. He also has decades worth of hands-on real estate experience, including financing, investing in and selling multiple commercial properties. Michael is also the past Treasurer of the Presbytery of New York City, where he oversaw all of its chruch properties in the five bouroughs. His unique background and level of expertise enables him to bring tremendous value to the negotiating table in order to help his clients get top dollar for their asset.
