Since 2017, Matt Jacobs has immersed himself in the life science industry to fully understand, and anticipate, both occupiers and Landlords real estate motivations. He currently works as an Associate within CBRE’s Bay Area life science practice. Previously, Matt worked at Biomed Realty as an investment analyst. He leverages this experience, along with understanding industry drivers to evaluate transactions from all parties’ perspectives in order to secure the most beneficial value for the team’s clients. Matt earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics from University of San Diego, where he played NCAA Division I football.
