Mark A. Wiese is one of the founding members of Pacific Housing, Inc. and has been head of the company since 1999. As President, Mark oversees company operations that include partnership relations and new partnership procurement, as well as monitoring all managing general partner interests and resident service operations. Mark has been in the real estate development, financing and management industry for over 35 years. Under Mark’s vision and direction, Pacific Housing developed 2500 R Midtown, a 34 energy efficient home development and Heritage at Del Paso Nuevo, a 91 single family affordable homes development. Mark has also been a principal in the successful development of numerous commercial and residential developments within the greater Sacramento area. Mark has a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate from San Diego State University. Born and raised in Sacramento, Mark is married and resides in Sacramento with his wife and has three adult children.
