Luke Colbert joined Albany Road Real Estate Partners in January of 2015. Mr. Colbert’s responsibilities include financial analysis, market research, due diligence, and investor relations for the company’s Southeastern operations. Before joining Albany Road, Mr. Colbert was an Associate at Charles Hawkins Company, Inc. / CORFAC International, where he was involved in the management of the firm’s 7,000,000 square foot industrial portfolio. He was also responsible for lease valuation, evaluating re-development strategies, and financial analysis. He is an active member of NAIOP and is involved in various philanthropic organizations around the Nashville Community. Mr. Colbert is a graduate of Vanderbilt University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Human and Organizational Development.
