Her 20+ years of experience includes representing owners and landlords in maximizing asset value through leasing and disposition. She has also represented many tenants in reducing their occupancy cost. She is a recognized expert in market analysis and quantifying market conditions to best advise her clients in regards to their real estate decisions.
Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Linda was with the Charles Dunn Company from 2009-2018 and Grubb & Ellis Company from 2000-2009. In her two decades of transactional real estate experience she has participated in over $1 billion in leasing and sales that include several of the largest sales and leasing transactions in the market.
