About

Kristopher has a passion for identifying distressed real estate assets within gentrifying neighborhoods and re-positioning them as vibrant, modern versions of what they once were. By doing so, he aims to inspire investment, pride of ownership, infrastructure improvement, and socioeconomic growth within local communities in South Florida. After college, Kristopher worked in commercial banking and eventually made his way to working as a lead acquisitions analyst at PIA Group USA - a private equity investment fund in South Florida. After acquiring, disposing, and/or underwriting $100M worth of real estate assets and exposing himself to the multi-faceted, institutional side of the business, he founded the Fordome Investment Group - a vertically-integrated real estate investment and property management company. In an effort to pursue his education and truly master the skills related to real estate, he earned his bachelor’s degree and real estate license in 2015, and a Master's Degree in Real Estate Development & Urbanism from the University of Miami in 2018.
