Based in Los Angeles, California, Kevin Sheehan is a Managing Director for JLL Capital Markets. With more than eight years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Kevin is responsible for the origination and execution of investment sales and equity capital raises for multifamily assets, with a focus in Los Angeles and greater Southern California. Throughout his career, Kevin been involved in the sale of more than $4 billion in volume. Before rejoining JLL, Kevin was a Director at North America Sekisui House, where he was responsible for Multifamily investments and asset management nationally. Prior to that, Mr. Sheehan was a Director at Walker & Dunlop where he specialized in multi-housing and land investment advisory transactions throughout Southern California. Prior to that, Mr. Sheehan was an associate with JLL Capital Markets in the Los Angeles office. Kevin attended Loyola University Chicago, where he studied finance. Kevin is on the ULI’s Housing Council in Los Angeles and actively involved in NMHC.
