Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Discovery Senior Living, where he implemented scalable processes and infrastructure to drive organizational growth. Throughout his career, Kevin has held key leadership roles, including managing operations for over 650 senior living communities nationwide as Regional Vice President of Operations and later Executive Vice President of Community Operations at Brookdale Senior Living. Kevin’s journey in senior living began after his honorable service in the U.S. Army and earning a bachelor’s degree from Cal State Fullerton. Starting as a Nursing Home Administrator, he rapidly advanced to oversee skilled nursing and senior living facilities across California and Arizona. From 2004 to 2010, Kevin served as Director of Operations at Sunrise Senior Living, further solidifying his expertise in the industry. With a wealth of experience and a commitment to enhancing senior living, Kevin is dedicated to fostering vibrant communities and delivering exceptional care.
