My name is Jorge. I’m on a mission to get millions of people off the couch and onto pickleball courts. My company, The Picklr, is driving this revolution. We’re the fastest growing franchise in the country’s fastest growing sport. In just two years, we’ve scaled from a single location to a recognized national franchise with over 275 locations sold across 36 states. My unorthodox background prepared me for this. I learned to work hard and hustle from my father. He was a serial entrepreneur who had us working from a young age. Out of school, I worked sales jobs. → Apparel → Supplements → SaaS products I was part of an IPO and two acquisitions. Those experiences taught me to scale revenue and build a brand strong enough to court investment and acquisitions.
