Jordan co-founded South Street and focuses on asset management and finance across the portfolio. In addition, Jordan serves on South Street’s Investment Committee. Previously, Jordan was with Discovery Land Company, a developer of high-end private golf club communities. During his tenure there, Jordan had direct involvement in all areas of the company’s operation which led to lengthy stints in The Bahamas, Mexico, and Scottsdale, Arizona. Prior to joining Discovery, he worked for Inter-Asia Venture Management in Hong Kong, China. Jordan received a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
