Jennifer joined Aritzia in 1987 as a Style Advisor at the Vancouver Robson Street boutique. After rising through the ranks, from assistant store manager, to manager, to VP of operations, she became Chief Operating Officer in 2007. In 2008, she won a Business in Vancouver Forty under 40 Award, and in 2015, was named President & COO at Aritzia. Over the course of her tenure with Aritzia, the company has grown from a local retail operation to an internationally recognized company with successful eCommerce and Omni channels, beautiful boutiques, and continued geographic expansion — particularly in the US. Today, Aritzia is a retail industry leader with a world-class team, a loyal client community and an exciting future ahead.
