Jenna Gerstenlauer is the founder and Managing Partner of Sound Mark Partners. In this role, she is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business, including investment decisions, portfolio management and business operations. Prior to Sound Mark Partners, Ms. Gerstenlauer was the Chief Investment Officer at CBRE Capital Partners, a global debt and equity investment management firm. Ms. Gerstenlauer served as Managing Director & Head of Credit and Portfolio Management since joining the firm in 2009. She was also a member of the CBRE Global Investors Americas Operating Board, and a voting member of the CBRE Global Investors Finance Committee. During her tenure at CBRE Capital Partners, her investment team was responsible for over $800M of debt investments, as well as the oversight of asset management for those investments.
