Jason Krotts stands at the helm of REDA as its co-founder and principal, guiding the company from its inception to its current standing where it has directed around $785.9 million in equity into ventures that now reflect a stabilized value of nearly $4.1 billion. Before laying the groundwork for REDA, Jason honed his expertise as a Vice President of acquisition and development at Lowe, a distinguished real estate investment and development firm in Los Angeles. His foundational years in real estate were spent at CBRE, the premier global commercial real estate services company, where he played a pivotal role on a team that facilitated significant building sales and leasing transactions, encompassing over 10 million square feet and about 2,000 acres of land. Jason's academic credentials include a bachelor’s degree from Chapman University, and his commitment to nurturing future talent is evident in his role on the board of the Argyros School of Business and Economics' Masters in Real Estate Development program at the same institution.
