About
President and owner of Westrock Development, a privately held real estate development company which owns and manages approximately one million square feet of primarily commercial space in the NY Tri-State area. In addition, Mr. Friedland is President and co-owner of Shleppers Moving & Storage, one of the largest moving companies in the NY Tri-State area.
Prior to his entrepreneurial career, Mr. Friedland was an investment banker at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. where he worked for five years. Mr. Friedland holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and graduated with honors from Tufts University with degrees in international relations and economics. He also studied finance at the London School of Economics. Mr. Friedland is a member of the Young Presidents Organization, and is involved in several philanthropic organizations. He lives in Mamaroneck with his wife Jackie and their four children.
