Jared Rubin is a Co-founder and Principal of Range Group, a real estate development and management company focusing on ground up and value add opportunities across asset classes. Jared’s passion for real estate started at a young age while working as a property manager for his family’s real estate company. Jared began his career working with the Real Estate Valuation and Consulting Group at KPMG. Thereafter, he joined Shapack Partners helping it transform Fulton Market from an industrial meat packing area into one of the country’s most vibrant and growth-oriented neighborhoods. At Shapack Partners, his responsibilities included identifying, modeling and exercising intense diligence on acquisition targets across several asset classes, including office, retail, luxury multi-family and hospitality projects. Jared graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University with a BS in Finance-Real Estate and lives in Chicago’s Fulton Market with his wife.
