Prior to joining IceCap Group, Ezra was the Head of Private Equity at Safra Asset Management and later the Chief Investment Officer at Brooklyn based Duke Properties. At Duke, he led the acquisition of over 40 properties and developed a keen understanding of the New York City market. At IceCap, Ezra runs the Originations, Underwriting, and Closing teams. Ezra graduated with honors from the Wharton School of Business and Finance at the University of Pennsylvania, with a dual concentration in finance and entrepreneurial management. While there, Ezra was a member of the University’s Ben Franklin Scholars program.
