Evan Bell is a co-founder and managing partner of Lorimer Capital. Mr. Bell began his career as a real estate finance attorney representing large financial institutions including Morgan Stanley, Barclays, Lehman Brothers and Wachovia Bank in connection with mortgage and mezzanine loan financings aggregating in excess of $10 billion and was previously a co-founder and principal of Unity Capital. Mr. Bell was awarded his B.A. from the State University of New York at Albany and earned his J.D. from the Hofstra University School of Law where he was a member of the Hofstra Law Review and recipient of Westlaw’s Corpus Juris Secundum Award.
