Ed has 17 years of real estate experience. Since joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2016, he has worked on a broad range of assignments advising tenants in tech/media, education, not-for-profit, financial services and legal. As new York’s tenant make-up shifted, Ed turned much of his focus to New York’s growing technology community, working closely with companies in the rapid growth phase as they sought to align their real estate with growing headcounts, developing creative solutions for companies faced with the challenge of uncertainty on how their real estate needs may change. As clients have grown and business needs have changed, he has also spent much of his time helping real estate directors build consensus among stakeholders.
