About

David Speiser brings over ten years of experience to Madison Realty Capital. Prior to joining MRC, Mr. Speiser was a Senior Vice President at Related Companies, where he was responsible for legal affairs and operational matters for numerous transactions, including the 12-million-square-foot Hudson Yards development on the far West Side of Manhattan. He oversaw a number of projects throughout his tenure at Related, including a $500 million multi-family investment fund and numerous portfolio investments for Related's $825 million distressed opportunity fund. Mr. Speiser earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Binghamton University in 1997, and a Juris Doctor degree from New York University School of Law in 2001, where he was a member of the Law Review.
