David Levy is the principal of Adams & Company Real Estate, LLC. David has participated in lease acquisitions and dispositions for small to mid-sized firms as well as Fortune 500 companies. He also executes lease auditing and strategic development, implementation of occupancy cost reduction strategies and advanced lease renewals. Prior to Adams & Company, David was co-founder and principal of James Buslik & Associates, Inc. He began his real estate career in 1989 as salesperson for Helmsley-Spear, Inc. David's accomplishments have been recognized by the real estate industry including being named Top 40 Commercial Real Estate Professionals Under 40, by Real Estate New York magazine in 2003-2005. He has been named by CoStar Group, Inc., as one of the top 5 Hot Dealmakers in New York City and has been the winner of the CoStar Power Broker Award from 2003-2008. David is an executive member of the Board of Directors for the Sid Jacobson Jewish Community Center, and the chairman of the Annual Auction for Excellence. David is a licensed real estate broker in New York and a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
