David Lerner is an Executive at DWNTWN Realty Advisors, focusing on investment sales and leasing in the urban core of Miami. David's long history in real estate started early on by being involved with his family's generational portfolio of properties in the Wynwood neighborhood. He has supported the family in the development and growth of the portfolio, helping them become one of the leading and forward thinking property owners in the neighborhood. David currently oversees his family portfolio while helping other landlords, investors and business owners to get the most out of their real estate transactions. Prior to his focus in real estate, David has built and run large account management teams at small to large technology companies in Tel Aviv and New York City for the past 10 years, helping his company meet their business objectives while keeping and maintaining strong customer relations and loyalty. David is a graduate of Bentley University with a BS in Business Management and Entrepreneurship, and has an M.B.A. from the University of Miami.
