Mr. Frankel brings more than 15 years of experience in all facets of the commercial real estate industry. As COO, Mr. Frankel manages all aspects of business operations with a focus on strategies for expanding the growth trajectories of D2’s development and capital advisory businesses. Since joining D2 in 2016 as Vice President of Investments, he has led the growth of D2’s Capital Advisory business to more than $400M in transactions while simultaneously supporting the expansion of D2 Organization’s commercial development platform, which currently has more than 5 million square feet under development.
In addition to his development, construction, management, and leasing experience, Mr. Frankel is a seasoned specialist in all aspects of investments including institutional investment holdings, value add acquisitions and repositioning, distressed debt purchases and workouts, and ground up development.
