I witnessed first-hand the definition of hustle throughout my childhood, as my mother worked two jobs and slept on our couch. If it were not for community, we would not have survived. And from my father and business mentor, I learned to love entrepreneurial adventure. From them I learned two crucial lessons: be inspired by competition, not intimidated. And when you make money, give back to your family and community. I began my real estate career as an intern at RKF in 2010, opening a door to my future while still studying for my marketing degree at Yeshiva University’s Sy Syms School of Business. For nine years I learned the trade at the best-in-class in retail real estate, RKF, becoming their youngest Managing Director in company history. Shortly before RKF was acquired by Newmark, a global brokerage firm, I expanded my focus from NYC to include Miami. I moved my home base from NYC to Miami in 2018, continuing to shuttle between both cities doing what I love to do: partner with landlords to fill their space and partner with retailers to find their space.
