Corey Spound is a co-founder and Principal of Tamarack Real Estate Services. Corey began his career in commercial real estate in 1992 and since that time his focus has remained on both leasing and sales of commercial assets for his clients, including office, industrial, retail, medical and flex uses. In 1997 Corey co-founded Tamarack Associates, LLC with partner David Kaufman to acquire their first real estate investment. Since then, Tamarack Associates, LLC and its affiliates have acquired assets ranging from industrial, office, retail and multi-family located in California, Washington, Nevada and Texas. Today, their brokerage services collaboration, Tamarack RES, Inc., handles all manner of brokerage activity including investment sales, owner-user sales and leasing services focused on the key processes for both landlord and tenant representation. A graduate of Tulane University with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature, Corey is a Past President of the AIR Commercial Real Estate Association and continues to serve on its Board of Directors.
