Chris Jiashu Xu is a prominent Chinese-American real estate developer and entrepreneur, best known as the founder and president of United Construction & Development Group, a leading development firm based in Queens, New York. Born in Yangzhou, China, in 1967, Xu immigrated to the United States at the age of 18. He began his career in the trades, eventually establishing a plumbing and heating distribution business in Queens. This venture sparked his interest in real estate, leading him to found United Construction in 1996. Since then, Xu has overseen the development of over two million square feet of residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties across New York City.
