Chad is an AQUILA founding principal and is known as a savvy negotiator, determined to ensure the best terms for his clients.
Chad is the leader of AQUILA’s eight-person Management Committee and provides strategic direction for the company.
Chad has a reputation in the commercial real estate industry for working on high-profile assignments such as 301 Congress, Research Park Plaza, 801 Barton Springs and Prominent Pointe. Although he specializes in project leasing, Chad has deep roots in tenant representation which enables him to give his clients a unique perspective.
Chad has a deeply entrepreneurial spirit, and in January 2007 struck out with several partners to found AQUILA Commercial. He envisioned a commercial real estate firm where creativity was promoted, hard work rewarded and silos didn’t exist.
Prior to founding AQUILA, Chad was a top producer at CBRE’s Austin office. Chad began real estate career in Chicago with McShane Corporation, a national real estate development company that eventually brought him to Austin.
Chad was born and raised in Chicago and his hometown pride truly shines during baseball season, when his Cubs take to the field. Fly the W!
