Cameron Bassett is a Managing Director with Ethos Real Estate and is responsible for the development and construction of real estate investment opportunities. Prior to joining Ethos Real Estate, Cameron was a Managing Director of Development for Watt Investment Partners where he oversaw the implementation of capital projects within its operating portfolio, managed active development projects, and collaborated on new acquisitions. Prior to joining Watt Cameron was Senior Vice President of Development at Crede Group where he was responsible for the development and redevelopment of over 3.5 M SF of commercial and multi family real estate properties. During his time there he focused on building rehabilitations in the Bay Area and Pacific Northwest, and the ground up development of multi family and commercial projects in the Salt Lake City market. Previously, Cameron was a Project Manager for The Koll Company, where he focused on ground up development of commercial properties and capital projects within their portfolio in Southern California. Cameron holds a BA from the School of Humanities at the University of California at Irvine.
