About
Brian Steiner has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate bridge lending. Mr. Steiner was formerly Vice President of Mercury Equity Group, and since 2005, has successfully originated, syndicated and closed in excess of $7 billion of short-term CRE loans throughout the United States. After starting his career as an Associate Director for The Hunter Realty Organization, he was recruited to manage a retail home equity and mortgage portfolio for JP Morgan Chase, where he achieved “Leaders Club” and “Circle of Excellence” recognition for portfolio growth in 2003. Mr. Steiner was Series 7, Series 63 and Series 79 licensed and specialized in private placements while overseeing several joint ventures with various hedge funds and wealth management firms. Mr. Steiner holds a B.S. degree in Finance and graduated Cum Laude from the University of Florida.
