Brent Gaulke, Managing Partner, oversees all aspects of finance for the company’s portfolio, procuring and maintaining facilities to align with each investment’s business plan. Brent is also responsible for sourcing new opportunities for the firm’s investment vehicles. With more than 17 years of real estate investment management experience in finance, acquisitions, development, and asset management, he also serves on the firm’s Investment Committee. In 2006, Brent joined The Green Cities Company as development manager, helping expand the firm’s development activities in the Southwest region. In 2009, he was promoted to oversee the firm’s acquisitions in the Southwest, coinciding with the firm establishing its investment management practice. In 2014, Brent became a partner of the firm. Prior to The Green Cities Company, Brent was an acquisition and development analyst at Kemper Co. Brent holds a BS from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a MA from the University of Oregon.
